FAQ for Providing Songs

Use the following settings when creating your mp3 files:
  • Sample Rate: 44.1 kHz
  • Bit Rate: 160 kbps
  • Stereo
Provide these mp3 versions of your song and name the files accordingly:
  • Song Name (Demo).mp3
  • Song Name (Split Performance Track).mp3
  • Song Name (Soprano Rehearsal Track).mp3
  • Song Name (Alto Rehearsal Track).mp3
  • Song Name (Tenor Rehearsal Track).mp3
  • Song Name (Bass Rehearsal Track).mp3
  • Song Name (Stereo Recording Track).mp3 (optional)
We only provide the above mentioned versions of songs. If you have other versions of rehearsal tracks, such a rehearsal track for “oohs”, it must be combined with one of the above mentioned tracks.
Provide these pdf versions of your song and name the files accordingly:
  • Song Name (Piano-Vocal Sheet Music).pdf
  • Song Name (Vocal Only Sheet Music).pdf
  • Song Name (Full Orchestration Sheet Music).pdf (optional)
Sending the Files:
  1. Create a folder named Your Name – Song Name
  2. Place all files for that song into that folder
  3. Zip the folder
  4. Send the file to info@philcrosschoral.com using a service like YouSendIt.com
